We are thrilled to host you at our ‘Mat & Table La Casa Bianco’ November 8-10 in San Remo, Phillip Island. There are two steps to our booking process. In order to hold your spot, you must complete both:

1) Fill out the form below (~ 2 minutes)

2) Transfer your non-refundable 25% deposit (see below for amounts) to Mat & Table using the below bank details. If you’d like to do a payment plan for the remaining payment, just check the box below and we’ll reach out to organise.

4 bunked shared room = $349.75

2 person shared bedroom = $424.75

Single room = $474.75
