4.30pm (If You’re) Free, Flow: Beat the the traffic & kick off your weekend with an energizing 60 minute flow to drop you into the present moment that is your Mat & Table weekend. Can’t cut out of work early? No stress. We (and your drink) will be waiting for you upon arrival!

6pm The Arrival: Get settled in your digs, freshen up in your private ensuite & change into something you feel comfortable & fabulous in.

6:30pm Cheers!: Grab a drink & meet your fellow yoga, food & wine lovers as we officially kick off your getaway with libations and nibbles!

7:30pm To The Table: “One cannot think well, love well, sleep well, if one has not dined well. ” — Virginia Woolf. We’d like to add- ‘Nor can they yoga well.’ So, gather around our massive dining table. We cannot wait for you to get to know one another & try Chef Kait & Chef Jorgie’s menu alongside handpicked local wines.

8:30am Rise & Shine: Early riser or snoozer? Either way, we’ll see you in the yoga studio for a fun & fiery 90 minute flow with Sarah designed to make you feel like your best self.

10:15am Fill Your Tank: Refuel your mind, belly & body with an abundant brunch spread of sweet and savory options, fresh juices & local pastries.

11:15am Daylesford Is Your Oyster : The next few hours are completely yours! Stroll the shops of Daylesford? Visit a local winery? Massage at Hepburn Bathhouse and Spa*? Go for a hike? All of the above?

3pm The In Between: If you’re back from exploring, re-center & slow down for a 60 minute guided meditation and yin practice where we’ll target the connective tissue and you’ll peacefully slide between consciousness and sleeping.

4:30pm: The Art of Chocolate Matching: When done right, it can be a sensory experience like no other. Whilst the Romans referred to wine as the “drink of the gods”, to the Aztecs cacao was no lesser. So, there should be little surprise the two work so well in harmony”- Cuvée Chocolate. Join Victorian small batch chocolatier Deniz Karaca from Cuvée Chocolate and Jen from Winespeake for an afternoon chocolate and wine pairing session.

6:00pm Rinse & Refresh: Retreat to your room for a cat-nap, refresh, or find a spot in the garden to cuddle up with a book before we re-group for the evening.

7.30pm Long Table, Happy Belly: “There are few things more satisfying in life than cooking a beautiful meal and sharing it with others”- Hetty McKinnon. Join Chef Kait & Chef Jorgie around the table as we feast family-style while the sun sets. Oh, and drink more local wine.

8am The Final Flow: Slide out of bed and onto your mat — we’ll once again find connection with breathe, body, and our little fam in a nurturing 75 minute Slow Flow with Sarah.

9:30am New Day, New Feast: “We as human beings have the amazing capacity to be reborn at breakfast everyday and say, “This is a new day.” - Jack Kornfield. You heard the man, it’s time for Chef Kait & Jorgie to kick off your new day! Just in case yoga wasn’t enough…

10:30am Check Out: I guess we’ll give The Oxford back to it’s owners… If you aren’t in a rush to get back to the city, we highly recommend using the rest of the day to finish exploring Daylesford.

*We recommend booking as early as possible for massages! There’s tons of great options in Daylesford or Hepburn Springs and because of this they book quickly.
