4pm It’s Getaway Time: Guests are welcome to arrive at The Farmstead from 4pm, giving you time to meet your hosts, get settled in your room & explore your home away from home for the weekend.

5pm To The Mat: We’ll kick off our weekend with an energizing 60 minute flow to drop you into the present moment that is your Mat & Table getaway. Can’t make it to Yarra Valley by 5pm? No stress. We (& your drink) will be waiting for you when you can join.

6:30pm Salud: Like any fabulous dinner-party, we’ll start with drinks & charcuterie. Wear something you feel comfortable & great in, grab a Spritz & meet your fellow yoga, food & wine lovers.

7:30pm To The Table: “You learn a lot about someone when you share a meal together” — Anthony Bourdain. We agree completely. So, gather around the dining table & get to know each other over handpicked local wines & a delicious menu by Chef Jon.

Early riser or don’t like to practice on an empty stomach? No worries, we wouldn’t dare leave you hungry. The kitchen will have fruit, granola, yoghurt, fresh bread, jam & coffee by 6am on both mornings.

8:30am Rise & Sun Sal: We’ll start the day with a light-hearted & dynamic 75 minute flow with Sarah designed to put your best foot forward for the day ahead.

10am Fill Your Tank: Refuel your body with an abundant brunch spread full of sweet & savory options, fresh juices & local pastries. Oh, & of course, coffee.

11am The Valley Is Your Playground :  The next few hours are completely yours. Winery hop throughout the Yarra Valley? Book a massage nearby? Visit local art galleries? There’s plenty of time to explore this special region of Victoria- use it as you wish.

4pm Music to Your Ears: Melbourne’s beloved IKSRE joins us for a delicious 90 minute yin & sound bath. IKSRE (I keep seeing rainbows everywhere) or Phoebe Dubar, is a sound alchemist, multi instrumentalist, producer & sound healer. Sarah will guide you in & out of yin postures, whilst you’re serenaded by IKSRE’s live sounds.

5:30pm Time To Recharge: Retreat to your room for a cat-nap, refresh with a shower, challenge a new friend to a game of billiards, or cuddle up with a book by the fire before we re-group for the evening.

7:30pm A Bountiful Feast: People who love to eat are always the best people” — Julia Child. Amen, Julia. Join Chef Jon around the table as we feast on a flavorful supper while the sun sets. Oh & try more local wine.

8:30am Take It Slow: We’ll start our day by finding connection with breathe & body in a nurturing 60 minute Slow Flow with Sarah.

9:45am New Day, New Feast: “One should not attend even the end of the world without a good breakfast - Robert A. Heinlein. You heard the man, before anything else on the schedule- it’s time for another brunch spread by Chef Jon.

10:45am What Are You Craving?: The next two plus hours are yours to unwind or do anything you didn’t have a chance to do yesterday. Visit the Healesville Sanctuary? Go for a drive on the Black Spur? Explore the incredible grounds of The Farmstead?

1pm From The Valley to Bologna: In Italy, making pasta together is a Sunday tradition. We cook together and express our love for family and friends through food. “- Marina, from Pasta Journey . We are so excited to have Marina teach us her family’s recipe for hand-rolled pasta & fresh tomato sauce. You will be able to take your pasta & sauce home to eat that evening- as the last thing you want to do when getting home from a getaway is sorting out dinner.

3:30pm Goodbye, For Now: Take your time gathering your things & we’ll all regroup for a proper farewell before sending you off.
